Lovely admin staff and professional installers. Staff were easy to contact, and I was kept in the loop during the entire installation process. Highly recommend.

You have restored my faith back into tradies :) These guys walked me through my whole journey to get solar and I was very impressed with the level of communication I received through the whole process. If you want a solar installer that does what they say they will do at the time they say they will do it.. then go with these guys.

Solar Panel installation completed yesterday and the installers were extremely professional and cheerful. The process from enquiry to installation, including finance approval, was very straightforward. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be regular communication from approval of finance to confirmation of an installation date. Whilst everything happened within the expected time frame, I was anxious until the installers actually arrived at the property. Highly recommend AusPac Solar.

I chose to go with AusPac Solar after talking to one of their sales team who was very knowledgeable and open with every aspect of our conversation leading to my decision to go Solar with them. The installation crew were fantastic and answered all my questions and also went over the layout before installation. Overall the experience was great and the power bill  is also down to a third of what it used to be!

Can't speak highly enough of the installers. Had other companies come and look but being an older shed and even older house wireing it was all too hard for them. The Auspac crew were quick,professional and tidy. One little problem and they were back pronto to fix it. Well done crew.
